Our goal is to make parties more meaningful by allowing guests to contribute both to a gift for the host and a charity chosen by the host. Registration and Account Security
To use our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. SimplyTest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any suspicious activity is detected.
Event Hosting and Donations
Users can create an event to raise contributions for both a personal gift and a charitable cause. The amount contributed will be split between the host’s gift and the charity selected by the host, based on the percentages chosen at the time of creating the event. SimplyTest facilitates the collection of these contributions but is not liable for any issues arising from payments processed by third-party providers.
Charity Payments
SimplyTest endeavors to ensure all donations reach the intended charitable organizations promptly. However, we rely on the accuracy of the details provided by the host and the selected charities. Users should note that we cannot guarantee the timeframe for charity payments, as it may depend on the processing times of the involved financial institutions.
Fees
To keep our platform running, SimplyTest charges a small administrative fee on each contribution. This fee helps us maintain the quality and security of our Services. Details of the fees will be displayed during the event creation process. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to these fees.
Refund Policy
Once a contribution has been made, it is generally non-refundable due to the nature of the donations to both the host and the charity. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of SimplyTest.
User Conduct
You agree to use our Services responsibly and ethically. Any use of our platform for illegal or malicious purposes, including fraudulent donations or event creation, is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account.
Limitation of Liability
SimplyTest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you to use our Services in the past six months.
